What Makes Our Program Unique?
Choose Your Fast-track to Sustainable Success
Track 1: PMP Credential (4 required plus CAPM Prep or PMP Prep)
The most renowned and sought-after amongst employers in all industries across the globe, this rigorous exam fosters the skills needed for high-value performance in today’s business world. The PMP® certification confirms proficiency and allows employers to easily assess the skills of job applicants, according to research from Gallup, the American analytics and advisory company.
- Launch your PM career with CAPM Prep – For those beginning their professional management career and looking to stand out on resumes and in interviews. Recruiters are 86% more likely to advance a candidate who has earned a PM certification (Future of Project Management Report).
- Advance your PM career PMP Prep – For those with years of real-world project management experience seeking to advance their opportunities, PMPs in the U.S. earn a median annual salary of $123,000; their non-certified colleagues make a median wage of $93,000 (Project Management Institute).
Track 2: General Project Management (4 required plus Advanced Project Management or Managing Capital Projects)
Success depends on how well you manage environmental factors, and the “perception” of key stakeholders in addition to schedule, cost and scope. This track will outline the top environmental factors that affect project success, as well as provide strategies for dealing with politics, identifying a “bad” project upfront, and knowing how to say no.
