Convenient Shipping and Receiving Options

You can also ship your conference materials to the McKimmon Center before your event. FedEx, UPS and other carriers deliver daily. Check ahead of time before shipping materials to ensure your dates are amenable.

The Ordering Process

  1. Submit a print request form on the Print and Mail Services webpage. If you need a quote, please email your order details to mck_printing@ncsu.edu prior to submitting the request form. 
  2. Within 24 hours, the request is reviewed by the print services technician. If you have an urgent request, call 919.515.3692.
  3. The standard turnaround time for orders is three business days. For high-quantity orders, we kindly request at least five business days to complete your order. Rush requests may be charged an additional fee. 
  4. You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup at the McKimmon Center.
