Curriculum

Coaching capability develops through thoughtful sequencing and professional alignment. The LCOP program holds ICF Level 2 accreditation and guides participants through five interconnected learning concepts that explore leadership coaching foundations, awareness, language and emotion, performance and change, and the practice of coaching over time.

Leadership Coaching Foundations

You will explore foundational coaching concepts and their relationship to adult learning theory.
