As your capstone project in this course, you will design and build a practical, real-world AI solution tailored to your professional goals and industry context. The capstone will demonstrate how AI can drive measurable impact in your day-to-day work. Examples include:

Operational Efficiency: Streamline internal processes and reduce manual effort, such as automate employee onboarding workflows, build an internal policy or knowledgeable Q&A assistant, or convert meeting transcripts into prioritized actions plans.

Customer and Market Intelligence: Turn data into insights that inform decisions and growth, such as create a sales lead qualification or scoring workflow, analyze customer sentiment from reviews or surveys or build an AI-powered market research assistant

Strategic Communications: Enhance how organizations communicate internally and externally, such as generate personalized customer email or outreach campaigns, automate social media content creation or draft leadership communications and internal updates
