Strategy, Project Management, and Operations

Strategy, Project Management, and Operations assists the division by translating strategy into action and keeping the systems behind our work running smoothly. We partner with the vice provost and unit leaders to align priorities to NCSCaLE’s mission and strategic plan, then track progress with clear reporting and consistent division-wide data. The team supports strategic planning and plan updates, maintains the initiatives roadmap, and leads annual assessment and reporting so leadership can make timely, informed decisions.

We also strengthen how work gets done across the division. We set shared project management practices, improve workflows, and coordinate cross-unit initiatives and facilities projects. Operationally, we oversee McKimmon Conference and Training Center, a premier facility dedicated to hosting a wide range of educational events, from conferences and workshops to training sessions and seminars. We also lead desktop services to keep staff equipped with reliable, compliant technology support.
