Amy Daws is the founder of Growing Global Leaders, a coaching and consulting organization dedicated to developing leaders with cultural awareness and the skills to build effective, productive relationships in a wide variety of work environments. As a dual U.K. and U.S. citizen and a bilingual Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, Amy brings extensive expertise from senior executive roles in human resources and communications. With more than 20 years in leadership development on both sides of the Atlantic, Amy has coached executives at global organizations such as Colgate-Palmolive, Sumitomo and Azenta Life Sciences. Her clients span all levels, from emerging leaders to C-suite executives, in fields as varied as education, technology and science. Amy holds an MA in global leadership and a BA in communications with a minor in international business. Amy has lectured for DeSales University’s MBA program and has taught students in the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) program since 2018. As a certified Designing Your Life facilitator, she applies innovative techniques to help clients and students successfully navigate personal and career transitions. Outside of work, Amy enjoys hiking and cycling.

For more than 20 years, Jill has worked as a leadership coach across industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, financial services, government and academia. René Sonneveld is a quadrilingual leadership and team coach who elevates entrepreneurs, executives, corporate and sports teams, and family systems. He began his career as an international tax lawyer and later held global leadership roles at UBS, Deutsche Bank and privately held companies. Appointed as honorary consul general of the Netherlands, René supports international relations, sustainable energy and Conscious Capitalism. Coaching grounded in professional standards requires more than isolated techniques. As an ICF Level 2 coach education program, LCOP offers a cohesive curriculum that connects coaching models, communication, goal setting, ethical responsibility and practice development into one credential-aligned experience.

No. After successfully completing the LCOP program, you may immediately apply your leadership knowledge and insight within a broad array of in-demand fields, from commercial to nonprofit. For those eager to continue their coaching journey, LCOP will open doors to earning Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials, which will further enhance your career opportunities.

What Level ICF certification is LCOP approved for?
Upon successful completion of LCOP, you are eligible to apply for two ICF credentials: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), after completing 100 coaching hours and passing the ICF Credentialing Exam, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), after completing 500 coaching hours and passing the same exam.
