- Each company is allowed one (1) complimentary registration per booth space purchased, a piped and draped booth, a six-foot display table, standard power, and three full days of maximum exposure.
- Additional exhibitor representatives must pay the full conference rate and should register using the registration link.
- Exhibitor services provided by Convention Makers – please use the forms below to purchase additional equipment and for shipping. All materials must be shipped through Convention Makers.
Vendor Hours
- Setup: Sunday, June 7 beginning at 2 p.m.
- Maximum Exposure Times: Sunday evening 6-7 p.m. during the welcome reception, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during breakfast, breaks, lunches and afternoon receptions.
- All exhibits must be dismantled by 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10. Convention Makers will be available to pick up outgoing shipments until this time.
